Anne Hornickel, director of the North Star STEM Alliance, has been selected as a recipient of the Insight Into Diversity magazine 2015 Inspiring Women in STEM Award.
The NorthStar STEM Alliance strives to double the number of Minnesota’s students of color receiving bachelor’s degrees in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The STEM Alliance is a partnership of 16 Minnesota colleges and universities and two community organizations (the Science Museum of Minnesota, and the Minnesota High Tech Association), committed to supporting these students.
